Equal Service Policy

We serve every customer on the same terms. This page states that commitment plainly and tells you what to do if we fall short of it.

Last updated: August 2026 · K&Y, Inc. DBA DTF4Prints

K&Y, Inc. DBA DTF4Prints provides goods and services without discrimination. The same pricing, the same production priority, the same policies, and the same standard of service apply to everyone.

Our commitment

We do not refuse service, alter pricing, deprioritize production, or apply our policies differently on the basis of:

  • Race, color, ancestry, or national origin
  • Religion or creed
  • Sex, gender, gender identity, or gender expression
  • Sexual orientation
  • Age
  • Disability or medical condition
  • Marital or familial status
  • Military or veteran status
  • Primary language
  • Any other characteristic protected under California or federal law

This applies to every part of our operation: order acceptance, pricing and discounts, production scheduling, claims and reprints, wholesale and reseller approval, and how our team communicates with you.

What this does and does not cover

This policy governs how we treat customers. It is separate from the narrow set of content we decline to print.

Position
Who we serve Everyone, on identical terms
What we print Almost everything. The short list of exceptions is in our Content Standards and applies to the artwork, never to the customer
Rights and licensing Governed by our Copyright Guidelines, applied identically to all customers

Declining a design is not declining a customer

If we cannot print a particular piece of artwork, that decision concerns the artwork alone. You remain welcome to order anything else, on exactly the same terms as before.

Accessibility

Equal service includes being able to reach us. If our website presents a barrier, we will complete any transaction with you by phone or email at no additional cost and at the same pricing. See our Accessibility Statement, which also documents the limitations we are aware of and working on.

Language access

Our team assists customers in English and Korean. If you are more comfortable in another language, write to us in it — we will use translation to respond, and we would rather do that than have you struggle through a second language on a technical print question.

Our team

We apply the same standard internally. Hiring, pay, assignment, and advancement at K&Y, Inc. are based on ability and performance, and we do not tolerate harassment or discrimination in our workplace.

If we fall short

If you believe you were treated unfairly by anyone here, we want to hear it directly, and we would much rather know than not.

1

Tell us what happened

Email info@dtf4prints.com with “Equal Service Concern” in the subject line. Include the date, order number if there is one, and what occurred.

2

We acknowledge within 1 business day

You will get a real reply from a person, not an auto-response.

3

We investigate

Ownership reviews the matter directly rather than delegating it to whoever was involved.

4

We respond with findings

We tell you what we found and what we are doing about it, normally within 10 business days.

Raising a concern will never affect your pricing, your order priority, or your ability to order from us.

External recourse

You are also entitled to raise a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department or the appropriate federal agency. Contacting us first is not a precondition, and nothing on this page limits your rights under the Unruh Civil Rights Act or any other law.
