Order Modification Policy

We move fast — which means the window to make changes after placing an order is short. Here's exactly what you can change, when, and how.

The modification window

You have approximately 60 minutes from the time of order placement to request a modification on most custom transfer orders. Orders submitted before the 1 PM PST same-day cutoff enter production shortly after payment clears — calling us immediately gives you the best chance of catching it in time.

What can be modified (before production starts)

• Shipping address — corrected or updated before the order ships
• Shipping method upgrade — standard to expedited, subject to availability
• Design file replacement — if a different file needs to be substituted
• Quantity adjustments — increasing or decreasing quantity (price difference will be charged or refunded)
• Size changes — if the same design needs to be a different size

What cannot be modified once production starts

• Design content or artwork after printing has begun
• Gang sheet layout after the sheet has been sent to the printer
• Product type (e.g., switching from DTF transfers to UV DTF)

Supplies and equipment orders

Non-print items (inks, films, powders, heat presses) can typically be modified up until the order ships. Contact us at info@dtf4prints.com or call (714) 523-0344 as soon as possible.
