Who qualifies
Wholesale accounts are for businesses ordering regularly or in volume. There is no fixed spending threshold — tell us what you order and we will tell you what we can do.

Volume discounts apply automatically on every order at qualifying quantities, with no account or application needed. Wholesale is a separate tier on top of that, not a replacement for it.

What wholesale does not change
So there are no surprises after approval:
- Payment terms. All wholesale orders are prepaid in full at the time of order. We do not offer net-30 or any other delayed-payment terms.
- Artwork requirements. The same file specifications apply, and files are still printed as submitted.
- Quality and claims. Reprints and refunds follow our standard Refund & Reprint Policy on the same terms and the same 30-day window.
- Production times. The same-day cutoff is the same; wholesale changes queue priority, not the cutoff itself.

Business name, website if you have one, and mailing address.
Tell us what you typically order
Rough monthly volume, the products you use most, and anything seasonal. A realistic picture is more useful than an optimistic one — we set your tier from it and review it against actual volume later.
Tell us what you need
Whether you want tax exemption, white-label shipping, or both. Attach your resale certificate if applying for tax exemption.
