Auto Build layout tool
Upload your images, choose quantity and size, and the builder arranges the sheet for you in seconds. It flags when an extra sheet is needed and checks that every design is placed correctly and at sufficient resolution before checkout.

22.3" wide — wider than the standard
Most DTF printers run 22". Ours run 22.3". That extra 0.3" is the difference between fitting one 11" design per row and fitting two side by side with cutting clearance, which lowers your cost per design on long runs.

Artwork is printed exactly as submitted. We do not edit, resize, or color-correct files.

Accepted formats, in order of preference:

• PDF and AI — most preferred. Vector, so edges stay razor sharp at any size. Outline all fonts before exporting.
• EPS and SVG — preferred vector alternatives.
• PNG — best raster option. Transparent background, 300 DPI at final print size.
• JPG / JPEG — accepted but not recommended. JPG cannot hold transparency, so the background will print as a solid box.

• Maximum width: 22.3"
• Transparent backgrounds required
• Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size (acceptable range 150–900 DPI)
• Minimum design size: 0.25" × 0.25"
• Minimum free-standing line thickness: 6 px / 0.02" / 0.5 mm
• Minimum positive space, negative space, and outline weight: 2 pt
• Leave at least 0.25" between designs and inside the sheet edge so they cut apart cleanly
• Convert all fonts to outlines
• CMYK color mode preferred — RGB is converted automatically and may shift

We do not offer color matching, including Pantone or spot color matching. Screens display color differently from printed transfers, and some variation is normal.

Temperature 300–320°F · Pressure firm · Time 10–15 seconds

By fabric:

• Cotton and blends — 300–320°F, 10–15 sec, firm
• Polyester and performance — 280–300°F, 12–15 sec, firm
• Nylon, spandex, heat-sensitive — 250–285°F, 15–25 sec, light to medium

Lower the heat on polyester. High temperatures cause dye migration, where the garment's own dye bleeds up through the print and turns a white design pink on a red shirt. It cannot be reversed, so press polyester cooler and longer rather than hotter and faster.

Steps:

1. Pre-press the garment 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
2. Position the transfer printed side down.
3. Press using the settings above with firm, even pressure.
4. Peel hot or cold — both work. Peel slowly at a low angle in one motion.
5. Re-press 10–15 seconds with parchment or a Teflon sheet. This step is what makes the print survive washing. Do not skip it.

If the print lifts with the film, stop. Lay the film back down, press another 5–8 seconds, let it cool, then peel again.

Other equipment: Cricut EasyPress — 320°F for 20 seconds with firm pressure. Home iron — cotton setting, no steam, press firmly 30–45 seconds, then re-press 30 seconds with parchment. An iron cannot deliver even pressure across a large design.

Care: wait 24–48 hours before the first wash so the adhesive reaches full bond strength. Wash inside out in cold water, no fabric softener or bleach, tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the transfer.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST Monday to Friday are printed and shipped the same business day. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin production the next business day.

Rush production is available for $19.99 on orders placed before 2:00 PM PST. It moves your order to the front of the production queue for same-day printing. Rush affects our production speed, not carrier transit time.

Very large runs may take 1–4 business days. We will tell you in advance if that applies to your order.

Free shipping on orders over $99. All orders ship with tracking. Local pickup is free at our Buena Park facility — select Pickup at checkout and wait for your ready-for-pickup email.

If your order arrives with a verified production issue, we will reprint it free or refund you in full — your choice.

Covered: print defects, adhesion failure at our recommended settings, wrong size or design, transit damage.

Not covered: artwork problems we flagged before printing, application outside our recommended settings, the cost of blank garments damaged during application, and normal screen-to-print color variation.

Because all DTF transfers are custom printed, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.
