You decide spacing, nesting, and orientation. Nothing is rearranged or resized on our end, so what you proof is what you receive.
No heat, no equipment
No heat press, no cutting machine, no weeding, no transfer tape. A squeegee or a credit card is the only tool involved.
True UV-cured color
Cured instantly with UV light rather than heat, producing rich, opaque color with a subtle raised texture.
Opaque on dark, clear, and metallic surfaces
A white ink underbase keeps designs vivid instead of going muted or translucent.
Waterproof and scratch-resistant

Because you are supplying the full layout, file accuracy matters more here than anywhere else. Artwork is printed exactly as submitted.
Accepted formats, in order of preference:
- PDF and AI — most preferred. Vector, cleanest edges. Outline all fonts.
- EPS and SVG — preferred vector alternatives.
- PNG — best raster option. Transparent background, 300 DPI at final print size.
- JPG / JPEG — accepted but not recommended. No transparency.
Layout specifications:
- Keep all artwork at least 0.25" inside the sheet edge
- Leave at least 0.25" between designs so they cut apart cleanly
- Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size (acceptable range 150–900 DPI)
- Minimum design size: 0.25" × 0.25"
- Minimum free-standing line thickness: 6 px / 0.02" / 0.5 mm
- Minimum positive space, negative space, and outline weight: 2 pt
- Transparent background required
- Fonts converted to outlines
- CMYK color mode preferred
Set your document units to inches and confirm physical dimensions before exporting. Design at the actual size of the object and allow for curvature.

No heat. No tools beyond a squeegee or a credit card.
- Clean the surface with 90% isopropyl alcohol and let it air dry. This is the number one cause of stickers lifting later.
- Burnish before you separate.
- Separate the clear carrier from the white backing, bringing the design with it.
- Position and smooth from the center outward.
- Burnish again, then peel the carrier film slowly at a low, sharp angle. Do not pull straight up.
- Cure 24–48 hours before washing.
Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe. Avoid abrasive sponges and heated surfaces. Applied correctly to a clean surface, stickers resist water, fading, and everyday wear for years.

Covered: print defects, wrong size or design, transit damage, and adhesive failure on a correctly prepared surface.
Not covered: application to an uncleaned surface, application to unsuitable surfaces such as fabric, silicone, or porous materials, and dishwasher damage.
Because you supplied the layout, issues caused by the file itself — insufficient spacing, designs too close to the edge, low resolution, or a non-transparent background — are not covered.
Because all UV DTF transfers are custom printed, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.
