Works on: stainless steel and powder-coated tumblers, glass, ceramic, acrylic, metal, plastic, phone cases, sealed or finished wood, packaging and signage.

Not suitable for: fabric or apparel, porous or textured surfaces such as raw wood or stone, silicone, low-surface-energy plastics, heavily curved or flexing surfaces, and anything that will be heated or put in a dishwasher.

Smooth and non-porous is the rule. If you are unsure about a surface, test one sticker on a spare item first.

No heat, no equipment
No heat press, no cutting machine, no weeding, no transfer tape. A squeegee or a credit card is the only tool involved, which makes UV DTF practical for anyone decorating hard goods without a print setup.

True UV-cured color
Ink is cured instantly with UV light rather than heat, producing rich, opaque color with a subtle raised texture that looks and feels built into the product.

Opaque on dark, clear, and metallic surfaces
A white ink underbase sits beneath the color, so designs stay vivid instead of going muted or translucent on tumblers, glass, and metal.

Waterproof and scratch-resistant
Once cured, the finish resists water, condensation, and daily handling. UV-cured inks also hold their color well under sunlight.

Artwork is printed exactly as submitted. We do not edit, resize, or color-correct files.

Accepted formats, in order of preference:

• PDF and AI — most preferred. Vector, cleanest edges at any size. Outline all fonts.
• EPS and SVG — preferred vector alternatives.
• PNG — best raster option. Transparent background, 300 DPI at final print size.
• JPG / JPEG — accepted but not recommended. No transparency, so the background prints.

Design at the actual size of the object, and allow for curvature — a design that wraps a tumbler will distort at the edges unless you account for it. Fine detail holds up better on UV DTF than on fabric, but the same minimum size and spacing rules apply.

No heat. No tools beyond a squeegee or a credit card.

1. Clean the surface with 90% isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth, then let it air dry. Factory residue, machine oil, and the natural oils from your own hands all sit between the adhesive and the surface. This is the number one cause of stickers lifting later, and it is the step people skip.
2. Burnish before you separate. Rub the whole transfer firmly with a squeegee or credit card so the design is fully stuck to the clear carrier sheet.
3. Separate the backing. Peel the clear carrier sheet away from the white backing, bringing the design with it. If part of the design stays behind, lay it back down, burnish that spot, and try again.
4. Position and smooth. Place it on the surface and smooth from the center outward, pushing air bubbles toward the edges. The adhesive grabs immediately, so get placement right before it touches down.
5. Burnish again, then peel the carrier film slowly from one corner at a low, sharp angle — almost parallel to the surface. Do not pull straight up. If any part lifts with the film, lay it back down, burnish, and continue.
6. Let it cure. The adhesive holds right away but reaches full strength over 24–48 hours. Avoid washing or heavy handling during that window.

Once cured, UV DTF is waterproof and highly scratch-resistant. UV-cured inks hold their color well in sunlight.

• Hand wash only. Do not put decorated items in the dishwasher — heat and detergent break down the adhesive over time.
• Avoid abrasive sponges and scouring pads.
• Do not apply to anything that will be heated, including the inside of a mug or anything going in an oven.
• Wait 24–48 hours after application before the first wash.
