We do not sell your personal information for money
K&Y, Inc. DBA DTF4Prints has not sold personal information for monetary value in the preceding twelve months, and we do not intend to. However, some of the advertising and analytics cookies used on this site may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act. This page tells you how to turn that off.
1. What “sharing” means here
When you visit dtf4prints.com, advertising and analytics tools may set cookies that let advertising platforms recognize your device across other websites and show you our ads there. Under California law, that counts as “sharing” personal information even though no money changes hands. It is the only form of sharing on this site that this opt-out applies to.
Sharing your information with the service providers who fulfill your order — our payment processors, shipping carriers, and email platform — is not covered by this opt-out and cannot be turned off, because without them we cannot process or deliver your order.
2. How to opt out
Use the cookie banner
Select Decline all cookies in the consent banner shown on this site, or reopen your cookie preferences at any time to withdraw consent you previously gave. This is the fastest method and takes effect immediately on this browser.
Enable Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser automatically — you do not need to do anything else.
Email us
Send “Do Not Share” to info@dtf4prints.com from the address on your account and we will apply the opt-out to your customer record as well as your browser session.
Opt-outs are stored per browser
A cookie-based opt-out only applies to the browser and device you set it on. If you clear cookies, use a different browser, or switch devices, you will need to set it again. Emailing us applies the opt-out to your account record, which persists.
3. Your other California privacy rights
Opting out of sharing is one of several rights available to you. You also have the right to know what we collect, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted.
- Right to know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you
- Right to correct — ask us to fix inaccurate information
- Right to delete — ask us to delete information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not change your prices, product access, or service quality because you exercised a right
- Right to appeal — if we deny a request, reply to our decision and we will reconsider it

4. Submitting a request
Email info@dtf4prints.com with your request type in the subject line, or call (714) 523-0344 during business hours. To protect your information we will verify your identity by matching the details you provide against our order records — usually your name, email address, and a recent order number. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need an extension.
An authorized agent may submit a request for you if they provide written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm.
