We want every customer to be able to browse our catalog, upload artwork, and complete an order independently. This statement describes what we are doing to get there, where we currently fall short, and how to reach a person if something on this site blocks you.

1. Our standard

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the recognized international standard for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

2. What we have done

• Text alternatives on informative images and product photography
• Keyboard navigation through the main menu, product pages, cart, and checkout
• A visible “Skip to content” link at the top of every page
• Color contrast reviewed against WCAG AA ratios for body text and interface controls
• Form fields with associated labels and clear error messaging
• Responsive layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide

3. Known limitations

We are aware of the following areas that may not yet meet Level AA, and we are working on them:

• The online gang sheet builder is a drag-and-drop canvas tool that is difficult to operate by keyboard or screen reader alone. If you cannot use it, we will build your gang sheet for you at no extra cost — email your files, sizes, and quantities and we will lay them out and send a proof.
• Some third-party apps embedded in the store, including the cookie consent banner and certain review widgets, are controlled by their vendors and may not fully conform.
• Older product descriptions may contain images of text or tables that do not read cleanly in a screen reader. We are replacing these as we update each listing.
• PDF proofs we email are generated from print artwork and are not tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will describe the proof to you or send the details in plain text.

4. Assistance is always available

If any part of this site prevents you from doing something, contact us and a member of our team will complete it with you by phone or email — placing an order, checking a price, uploading artwork, tracking a shipment, or filing a claim. There is no charge for this and no difference in pricing.

5. Physical location

Our facility at 7379 Orangethorpe Ave, Ste C, Buena Park, CA 90621 offers local order pickup during posted business hours. If you need assistance at pickup, call ahead on (714) 523-0344 and we will bring your order out to you.

6. Feedback

Accessibility feedback is genuinely useful to us and we treat it as a bug report, not a complaint. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what device, browser, or assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within one business day and to give you a target resolution date within five.
