We share it only with the service providers who help us fulfill your order. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — and we will not treat you differently for asking.

We do not sell your personal information for money
We have not sold personal information for monetary value in the preceding twelve months. However, some analytics and advertising cookies may qualify as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time — see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, keep your session secure, understand how the site is used, and measure our advertising. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your mind at any time through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the cart and checkout from working correctly.
5. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the rights below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of them — your prices, product availability, and service quality will not change.
- Right to know. Request the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, the categories we collected, our purposes, and the categories of parties we disclosed them to.
- Right to delete. Request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions such as completing a transaction, security, and legal recordkeeping.
- Right to correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring this option.
- Right to appeal. If we deny a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our decision.
To make a request, email info@dtf4prints.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or call (714) 523-0344. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against our records, and we will respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission that we can verify.
6. Data retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and then for the period required by tax, accounting, and warranty obligations. Uploaded artwork is retained so we can produce reprints and repeat orders; you may ask us to delete your stored artwork at any time. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Usage data is retained in aggregated or de-identified form for analysis.
7. Security
All traffic on dtf4prints.com is encrypted in transit using TLS, and payment card data is handled by PCI-compliant processors rather than stored on our systems. We restrict internal access to personal information to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the appropriate authorities if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, as required by law.
8. Data transfers
We are located in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access our store from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
9. Third-party websites
Our site may link to third-party websites, including our sister store heattransfervinyl4u.com and our social media profiles. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. Please review their own privacy policies before providing information to them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
