1. What resellers may do

• Purchase DTF and UV DTF transfers from DTF4Prints and press them onto garments or products for resale
• Use our transfers as part of a larger product or service offering
• Brand finished products with your own business name, label, or branding
• Describe products as “custom printed” or “made in-house” without attributing DTF4Prints as the transfer source, unless your selling platform's policies require disclosure
• Use white-label shipping, available to qualifying wholesale accounts, so packages arrive with no DTF4Prints branding
• Reprint and distribute our application and wash-care guidance to your own customers

2. What resellers may not do

• Represent DTF4Prints as your manufacturer in a way that implies an official partnership, endorsement, or licensing agreement that does not exist
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell our published pricing, product photography, or proprietary content without permission
• Use the DTF4Prints or K&Y, Inc. name or logo in your own marketing materials without prior written approval
• Submit copyright-infringing designs for printing and then claim DTF4Prints is responsible for the infringement
• Share wholesale pricing with third parties or use it in comparative advertising
• Resell our transfers as blank stock represented as your own manufactured product to another reseller

3. Responsibility for end-customer complaints

As a reseller you are the seller of record to your end customers. Our quality guarantee and policies apply to your transaction with us, not to your customers' transactions with you. You are responsible for:

• Setting your own customer-facing return, refund, and satisfaction policies
• Handling all end-customer complaints and support requests
• Ensuring your customers receive accurate application and wash-care instructions
• Ensuring the garments and products you decorate are appropriate for DTF or UV DTF application

If your end customer receives a transfer that left our facility in a defective state, you may submit a claim under our Satisfaction Guarantee on their behalf, within the standard 30-day window from your delivery date. Application errors by you or your customer are not covered, and we cannot reimburse the cost of your blank garments.

4. Intellectual property and indemnity

You are solely responsible for holding the rights to every design you submit, including designs supplied to you by your own customers. Our Copyright Guidelines apply in full, and the indemnity in our Terms & Conditions applies to artwork you submit on a customer’s behalf exactly as it does to your own.

We recommend that resellers pass an equivalent warranty on to their own customers. If you accept customer-supplied artwork, get their confirmation that they hold the rights before you send it to us.

5. White-label shipping setup

White-label shipping is available to approved wholesale accounts. To enable it, contact us at info@dtf4prints.com with your account information. Once enabled, your packages ship without DTF4Prints return address labels or marketing inserts.

Note that the carrier's own tracking and any required return address still reflect our facility for delivery purposes. White-label removes our branding and marketing, not the physical origin of the shipment.

6. Changes and termination

We may revise this policy by posting an updated version on this page. We may also withdraw white-label access or decline further orders where this policy is breached, in particular where our name is used without approval or where infringing artwork is repeatedly submitted.
