Reseller & White-Label Policy

Many of our customers are resellers — Etsy sellers, Shopify store owners, print shops, and fulfillment services — who purchase transfers from us and sell finished garments to their own customers. This policy defines the terms under which you may resell our products and services.

What resellers may do

  • Purchase DTF transfers from DTF4Prints and press them onto garments for resale
  • Use our transfers as part of a larger product or service offering
  • Brand finished products with your own business name, label, or branding
  • Claim products as "custom printed" or "made in-house" without attributing DTF4Prints as the transfer source, unless required to do so by your platform's seller policies
  • Use white-label shipping (available to qualifying wholesale accounts) so that packages arrive with no DTF4Prints branding

What resellers may not do

  • Represent DTF4Prints as your manufacturer in a way that implies an official partnership, endorsement, or licensing agreement that does not exist
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell our published pricing, product photography, or proprietary content without permission
  • Use DTF4Prints' name or logo in your own marketing materials without prior written approval
  • Submit copyright-infringing designs for printing and then claim DTF4Prints is responsible for the infringement

Responsibility for end-customer complaints

As a reseller, you are the seller of record to your end customers. DTF4Prints' quality guarantee and policies apply to your transaction with us — not to your customers' transactions with you. You are responsible for:

  • Setting your own customer-facing return, refund, and satisfaction policies
  • Handling all end-customer complaints and support requests
  • Ensuring your customers receive accurate application instructions (you may reprint and distribute our application guide)
  • Ensuring your customers' garments are appropriate for DTF application (fabric type, care instructions)

If your end customer receives a defective transfer (i.e., the product left our facility in a defective state), you may submit a claim under our standard Satisfaction Guarantee on your customer's behalf. Application errors by your customer are not covered.

White-label shipping setup

White-label shipping is available to approved wholesale accounts. To enable white-label shipping, contact us at info@dtf4prints.com with your account information. Once enabled, your packages will ship without DTF4Prints return address labels or marketing inserts.
