Wholesale Account Terms
For Your Business
Wholesale Account Terms
These terms apply to all approved DTF4Prints wholesale accounts, in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions.
Last updated: August 2026 · K&Y, Inc. DBA DTF4Prints
Where these terms and our general Terms & Conditions differ, these wholesale terms govern for wholesale orders. Everything not addressed here is governed by the standard Terms.
1. Payment
All wholesale orders are prepaid in full at the time of order. K&Y, Inc. DBA DTF4Prints does not offer net-30 or any other delayed-payment terms. Orders are not released to production until payment clears. Where a payment fails or is reversed after production has begun, the order is billed to you as a made-to-order item.
2. Account eligibility
- Accounts are for businesses ordering regularly or in volume — contact us to discuss eligibility
- A valid business identity is required
- A current resale certificate is required for tax-exempt ordering
- We may review account standing periodically and adjust pricing tiers based on actual volume
- Accounts are issued to a business, not to an individual, and may not be transferred, shared, or resold
3. Pricing and confidentiality
- Wholesale pricing is confidential and for your business use only. It may not be published, shared with third parties, or used in comparative advertising.
- Rates are based on your ordering volume and may be revised with notice
- Published promotions and discount codes do not stack with wholesale pricing unless expressly stated
- Pricing in effect at the time an order is placed applies to that order
A note on price-change notice
This clause says pricing may be revised “with notice” but does not currently state how much notice. If you intend to give a fixed period — 30 days is the common standard — it should be written in, because an unspecified notice period is the kind of thing that gets argued about later.
4. Production & fulfillment
- Wholesale orders follow the same quality and turnaround standards as retail, with priority queue placement during peak periods
- The same-day production cutoff of 1:00 PM PST applies to wholesale orders
- White-label shipping is available on request to qualifying accounts
- Reprints and claims follow our standard Refund & Reprint Policy, including the 30-day reporting window
- Artwork must meet the same specifications as retail orders and is printed as submitted
5. Tax exemption
Tax-exempt ordering requires a valid certificate on file before the order is placed. Orders placed before your exemption is approved are not eligible for a retroactive tax refund. See Tax Exemption for the full process and your renewal obligations.
6. Reselling and white-label use
If you resell our products or use white-label shipping, our Reseller & White-Label Policy forms part of these terms. In particular, you are the seller of record to your own customers and are responsible for their support, returns, and satisfaction.
7. Account changes, suspension, and closure
We may modify, suspend, or close a wholesale account that no longer meets volume requirements, violates these terms, or breaches our general Terms & Conditions. Where an account is closed for falling below the volume threshold, we will normally give notice and move the account to standard retail pricing rather than terminate it outright.
You may close your wholesale account at any time by emailing us. Closure does not affect orders already accepted and paid for.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting pricing or payment will be communicated to active accounts directly through your dedicated contact.
