Our Promise

Satisfaction Guarantee

If a transfer leaves our shop wrong, we make it right. No returns, no restocking fee, no argument.

Last updated: August 2026 · K&Y, Inc. DBA DTF4Prints

We print every transfer to order, so we cannot offer change-of-mind returns. What we can offer — and do — is stand behind the quality of what we produce. If the problem is ours, fixing it is our cost, not yours.

What we guarantee

  • Print quality. No banding, smearing, or lost detail from our equipment or process.
  • Adhesion. Your transfer bonds properly when pressed at our recommended settings on a compatible fabric.
  • Color accuracy. Output matches your submitted file within reasonable print variation.
  • Order accuracy. The right design, at the right size, in the right quantity.
  • Safe arrival. Your order reaches you undamaged.

30 days, and photos are all we need

Where the guarantee stops

We want to be straight with you about this rather than have you discover it during a claim. The guarantee covers our work. It does not cover:

  • Artwork problems we flagged before printing — low resolution, no transparency, or a color profile we warned you about
  • Pressing outside our recommended settings of 300–320°F for 10–15 seconds with firm pressure
  • Fabrics we told you upfront were borderline for DTF
  • The cost of the blank garment, tumbler, or substrate itself
  • Change of mind once production has started

On blank garments

We supply transfers, not finished apparel. If a press cycle damages a shirt, the shirt is not something we can replace — we have no way to know what it cost or where it came from. Always test on a sample from the same batch before pressing a full run. This is the single most common avoidable loss in this trade.

Test before you commit

The best way to use this guarantee is not to need it. Order a small quantity by size, or start with our free sample pack, and press it on the exact garment you plan to use. It takes one day and removes almost all of the risk from a large run.

The reasoning behind this

A reprint costs us film, ink, and an hour. A customer who feels cheated costs us far more than that. So when a call is genuinely close, we tend to resolve it in your favor and move on — not because we are obliged to, but because it is the better trade.

The formal terms behind this promise are in our Refund & Reprint Policy. Where this page and that policy differ, the Refund & Reprint Policy governs.
