Custom-printed products carry real risk for buyers — and we know it. Every order you place with DTF4Prints is backed by a simple, no-nonsense guarantee:

What's covered

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll reprint, replace, or refund any of the following at no cost to you:

• Print quality issues — banding, smearing, missing detail, or color shifts beyond reasonable variation
• Adhesion failures — transfers that don't bond properly when pressed using our recommended settings (300–320°F, 10–15 seconds, firm pressure)
• Wrong size, wrong design, or wrong quantity shipped
• Damaged in transit — crushed, torn, or otherwise compromised packaging
• Anything else we got wrong — if it's our fault, we fix it

You don't need to return anything

Custom transfers shouldn't have to be shipped back across the country to fix an issue we caused. We never ask you to return defective product — just send us a photo of the issue with your order number and we'll handle the rest.

What's not covered

• Issues caused by user-supplied artwork (low resolution, non-transparent backgrounds, or color profile mismatches we flagged before printing)
• Application errors using temperatures, times, or pressures outside our recommendations
• Fabric incompatibility (we always tell you upfront if your fabric is borderline)
• Change-of-mind requests after printing has started
