Build a UV DTF Gang Sheet Around Your Products
The most efficient UV DTF sheets are planned around what the decals will go on. Group designs by item: a sheet sized for one cup style cuts apart faster, and every decal fits without re-measuring.
Common Sheet Setups
- Corporate kits: one logo at three sizes, such as a bottle size, a mug size, and a laptop size, all on the same sheet.
- Wedding and event sets: a personalized name decal for every guest's glass, plus a few larger pieces for signs or the head table.
- Shop restocks: your best-selling tumbler designs in the sizes you sell most, ready for the week's orders.
Plan for Spares
Add one or two extra decals for each design. A spare costs very little on a shared sheet and saves a reorder if a decal is placed crooked or a guest list changes at the last minute.
Save Your Best Layouts
For clients who reorder, such as a gym restocking branded bottles each quarter, note the sizes and quantities that worked. Rebuilding the same sheet next time takes minutes, and every batch matches the last.

FAQ
Frequently Asked QuestionsNo. UV DTF requires no heat at all — no heat press, no iron, no cutting machine. You apply it by hand with a squeegee or a credit card. Never put a UV DTF transfer in a heat press.
No. UV DTF is rigid and made for hard surfaces. It will not stretch or survive washing on fabric. For apparel, use our DTF transfers instead.
Smooth, non-porous hard surfaces — stainless steel and powder-coated tumblers, glass, ceramic, acrylic, metal, plastic, phone cases, and sealed or finished wood. Avoid porous or textured surfaces such as raw wood or stone, silicone, and anything that will be heated. If you are unsure, test one on a spare item first.
You pay for sheet area, not per sticker. Nest small designs into the gaps around larger ones and your cost per design drops. Leave at least 0.25" between designs so they cut apart cleanly.
No. UV DTF is waterproof and scratch-resistant once cured, but dishwasher heat and detergent break down the adhesive over time. Hand wash decorated items and avoid abrasive sponges.
No. Order a single sticker or a full sheet — no minimums, no setup fees. Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout.
