Shipping & Pickup Policy

We print fast and ship fast. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 are charged standard calculated shipping at checkout.

Production times

Production time is how long it takes us to make your order before it ships — it does not include transit time.

DTF Transfers & UV DTF Transfers Same business day on orders placed before the daily cutoff; next business day after
Supplies & consumables Same to next business day
Equipment & heat presses Same business day to 2 business days
Same-day production cutoff: 1:00 PM PST. Orders placed before 1 PM PST on a business day begin production that same day. Orders after the cutoff begin the next business day.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available free at our Buena Park facility. Select Pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

Shipping methods & transit

Orders ship via USPS and UPS. Transit time depends on the service selected at checkout and your destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking by email.

Wrong address & undeliverable packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. Packages returned as undeliverable can be reshipped once additional shipping is paid.
